No water fountains at this airport. I walked up and down all the departure gates and could not find any water fountains. There were lots of shops selling bottled water though. What a scam.

No water fountains but the cashier at the Take Off Cafe (gates 210ish? Downstairs by the terrace) filled my bottle for free

#plasticfree #BeatPlasticPollution @SabihaGokcenMcDonald’s on the departures level was sympathetic to me trying to conserve plastic. It was explained to me that they give hot water for free but charge for cold water. I reiterated my main concern was plastic, and was happy to pay. But the attendant offered to fill my reusable metal bottle with ice and then top it off with hot water. I thanked him for his willingness, and to my surprise he returned a few moments later having filled my bottle with ice and cold water, without charging me.

But there are automats located near the gate 204A and they were selling a bottle of water for 30 TL at the date of 16/11/2024. I got mine from that automat. The automat acceps both cash and card. However, I recommend you to pay with card for your purchases because the machine is having some trouble scanning your banknotes.
