I found free water facility last October. There was a free drinkable water fountain for passengers near the common waiting lounge (the area is not too big, as there are not that many gates) with faucets going up and down (for washing your face or drinking/filling the bottle). There were also free plastic nozzles nearby for those who would prefer putting them on.

You could also buy a 0,5 L water bottle cheaply for a sum which was about 0,20 EUR.
