We have water fountains in two locations at Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Gate 2 and Gate 30.

It’s nearer gate 3 now, by the picnic area.

I travelled from Liverpool John Lennon airport this month (Nov 2018), and I found two water dispensers. One worked, one didn’t. They need to be signposted because it took me a while to find them.

Rather a confusing response from the airport! In any case, I’m standing by the water fountain in the Gate 3 picnic area, and it’s working fine (including dispensing chilled water).

It’s April 2023, I found a fountain in front of gate 11, right next to the lift.
#plasticfree @LPL_AirportI can confirm gate 30 water is working.
It had no signposts, but is pretty much opposite the massage chairs, down a side corridor.

Six of us travelled from Liverpool airport on 12-09-2019, all of us wanted to fill our plastic water bottles. Neither water fountains were working, lots of other people trying to do the same.
Up your game Liverpool.

There is another water tap next to the stairs going down to Gates 15-17, I didn’t use it but assume it works. The one between gate 2 and 3 did.
#plasticfree @LPL_AirportAfter 2 gate, before 3 gate, at picnic area.
#plasticfree @LPL_AirportIf water fountains don’t work there’s a starbucks near terminal 3 where they will refill your water bottle for free
#plasticfree @LPL_AirportThe one at gate 3 is broke. The one by the lifts at gate 11 is working. June 2024
#plasticfree #BeatPlasticPollution @LPL_AirportThere are now Water fountains available in departures
May2019
We do not have a water fountain or filling station at the moment.
But I have made a note of your suggestions and will pass them on to our Terminal Services manager for future consideration.
