There is one water fountain airside in Naples airport: take a sharp left as you exit World Duty Free and you will see a water fountain sign high up on the wall (the actual water fountain was obscured behind shelving when I visited on 8 April 2018). I did not look for water fountains before going airside.

28 May 2022 The water fountain is working and there was the special tap for filling the bottle (not just a fountain part).

Nice new water dispenser (June ’22) that quickly fills bottles and displays how many plastic bottle have been saved.
The location outside duty free, on the left as you come through departures is correct.

As of Sep 2023, water fountain still to left of duty freeexit, with separate water bottle fill tap to water fountain. Popular too, good to see!

Update August 2019:
Above described location is still correct. When exciting the duty free shop keep a bit left towards the restrooms. There’s a sign at the wall (not the ceiling) showing the water fountain. However, it’s only a small amount of water coming out and it’s not equipped to fill bottles with water.

There is another water fountain (handsfree drinking + bottle filling) on the wall on the right as you approach gate A1 from C hall. The fountain is before the Yamamay shop and nursing corner. It’s easier to spot when walking towards escalators leading to the hall C from the gate A1.

The bar directly outside world duty free will fill a water bottle from their tap for free. It’s much quicker than the water fountain and you can hold a bottle upright.

There is also a water fountain opposite gate B15 but it’s presently out of order
