The water fountains outside the toilets are currently covered over due to COVID, but there are at least two free water refill stations at the entrance to the “Day2Day” shops. One is located in the food/duty free area near the giant teddy bear statue on level 1, right next to Victoria Secret. The other Day2Day shop is at the far end of the concourse on the same level, behind the Oreo bar.
