I have seen on the news and on the airports website that Aberdeen Airport have dropped the restriction on liquids and you can now take up to 2 litres through security, there are still bottle filling stations in departures. Hopefully they have signposted fully so people do not throw away their water bottles before going through security.

The new water fountain is outside the ladies and gents bathrooms between gates 5 and 6.

If you are in the lounge, then you go past the Costa outside gate 5 and up the stairs on the left. The water fountain is in the corner on the right outside the bathrooms.

We are currently undergoing a major Terminal redevelopment programme and as part of this we will be providing a water fountain station as part of the new facilities at a location that has yet to be decided.
