No designated water refill station here at terminal 1, BUT you can go to the Starbucks stall and ask to refill your water bottle, this has always worked for me.
I was also allowed to take my water bottle (filled) through all security checks fine – of course, bear in mind this may not always be the case.

Just refilled my water bottle in Starbucks in Terminal 2. I didn’t need to purchase their 8€ coffee. If you want to buy bottled water (0.5l) in any shop here, it costs a whopping 3€.
