There is a water cooler airside by the entrance to toilets just beside the outdoor terrace of the bar ‘paradise’.

Water fountain at entrance to toilets near entrance to outdoor terrace today (Feb 2020). I think that’s where the higher gate numbers were

This fountain is broken but there is one outside the toilets near gate 5

This has got to be the most useless airport out ! One water fountain outside Gate 5 empty and the one outside gate 1 on go slow, 10min per bottle. Basically so people give up and pay for €1 bottles. Making mockery of plastic free island and airport environmental considerations!

sort it out Canary Government!
