We have two options for customers wishing to re-fill water bottles after security…

Option A) Water Fountain located outside the toilets after World Duty Free, opposite the customer seating area and TV lounge. (Picture below) 

Option B) Jersey Larder operated by Casual Dining Group is the airside caterer who have jugs of water and glasses behind the tills for customers to help themselves to a glass while waiting or to re-fill bottles. We have found this popular as some customers still feel uncomfortable asking for tap water despite staff being happy to provide it and it allows quick refill of multiple bottles etc. for families.
