yes, in the departures part, there are water fountains available outside all the toilets I went to. I didn’t go to all toilets so can’t vouch for all, but certainly outside all I went to. I hope this helps

In the main hall, after security check turn right in direction to the restrooms, go past the men’s room; there is a water fountain.

It looks like more water refill stations have been added. There is another one past security near Gate D outside the toilets.

The map from the official website shows drinking fountains in departures near the toilets. can anyone confirm this ?
