I confirm. There is a water dispenser at KWI airport, exactly at the place which other David had described. But It is not easy to find it.

Let me give you a hint. Between gate 25/26, if you staying in front of these gates by your back you will see white painted wall. On other side of the wall just next to pay phones is a water dispenser.

There is a hidden water dispenser opposite one of the gates (I want to say opposite 25 or 26). Staff at the airport (including the airport information desk immediately after security) seem blissfully unaware of its existence, but it exists and was functioning at time of writing.
