When you enter the area behind the security control, then first bathroom (stays on the left between the restaurants) has one sink with normal tap where you can get the pure cold drinking water.

There is a nice fountain right next to the toilets at G6 and G7. It even ecourages you to drink as much as you like and says the water comes from a lake 325 m away from the airport.

Tap water is perfectly fine for drinking in Tallinn and most people fill the bottles in the bathrooms (every bathroom has at least one non-automatic water tap to use for refill. However, there’s also one drinking water fountain at the baggage reclaim area and my new discovery – a water dispensed near the Gate 9 (right in front of the passport control).

Can confirm the water tap is operating, and the water is tasty!

There is one potable water fountain near restrooms after security check, duty free and before passport control. Alternatively, you can also fill up your bottles with tap water from restrooms, as the tap water in EU countries is perfectly safe to drink.
