Update – Just been through Palma this morning.
After security and duty free, there are three fountains in the corridor on the way to gates A & B, all on the left hand side as you head towards the gates.

There are still drinking water fountains on the way to A gates.. One on the left wall as soon as you walk down the ramp and then 2 more before the new large bank of passport machines, just before the shops & cafes.

It seems that Palma Airport does not have drinking water fountains in departures,
Catherine sent me the following
“We were told by an airport employee that there is a tap before you get to the security bit – but that was after we had gone through security so had to buy a bottle.”September 4, 2017 at 9:22 pm #395
